Summary: The house was great, and an ideal location for us visiting my sister who lives in the neighborhood. House is as advertised and was clean and ready for our arrival. The host was responsive throughout via the VRBO app and via txt.2 issues we encountered:1. There was no "house rules" or notebook or anything, so I had to reach out to the owner (what's the wifi password, is there a coffee machine, etc). Owner was very responsive, but it's nice to have one of those books rather than having to reach out every time you have a question.2. Unfortunately the heat didn't work. It was cold the first couple of nights (there were space heaters provided). The owner sent a plumber out, but he was not able to fix the heat. Then the heater wouldn't shut itself off. Again, owner was very responsive and friendly in trying to get it fixed.Overall a great place!
