There are a total of 5 smart TV's throughout the living areas and bedrooms so you can log into your favorite streaming platforms. We also include free high speed internet.
Note there are 3 cameras on the property which is 2.5 acres in total. No cameras can view inside the home. 1 is on the exterior of the home pointing outward to the property and 1 is on a small building facing the parking area and entrance to the home/game room. The 3rd is a ring doorbell at the entrance.
Also note that there are 3 miles of dirt road (drivable by any vehicle) before arriving at our oasis. This home is in the desert and along with the desert comes wildlife. It is not uncommon to see javelina, coyotes, rabbits, toads or scorpions (outside). Keep your furry friends close by, we do not have a fully enclosed fenced yard.
There are two RV spots with full hook ups on site, please inquire if you are interested in reserving one or both of these along with your house stay.

Summary: This was our second year at this property. We love the house and its location close to where we like to hike. There is lots of space to enjoy. Lots of stars at night. Nice patio. Great hot tub. It is a ways off the highway, but still accessible. The horse in the corral was sweet.

Summary: Fantastic house on a unique huge property with horses all around. Abundant sounds of nature with all kinds of birds, owls, coyotes, horses etc. Beautiful views and fun chipping and putting green in the yard. It is located close to mtb and hiking trails at the Sonoran Preserve. Closest grocery store is 20 min in Fountain Hills or Northern Scottsdale. Wonderful owners and property manager!

Summary: The house was great! Very tidy, linens were clean and freshly laundered. The house has a cool game room and a spiral staircase to a lookout deck with incredible views. We had a couple of minor issues to start the stay but Heather was super responsive and resolved immediately. Would not hesitate to book in the future!
