Summary: I will start with the good and then add four things that effected my ability to give this property 5 stars. The house was, as the pictures indicate, absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was correct. We were so, so grateful for the 4 Nespresso capsules made available so we could start our day on the right foot! The towels were fresh and fluffy, there were nice sheets and dark blinds for sleeping. BUT... the refrigerator was so loud, with constant loud noise emulating that at one point I had to just unplug it to hear myself think. It also rattled and it really destroyed the tranquility of the home for what would have been a peaceful morning. The bathroom doors lock was also quite broken and it was lucky that it was me that locked myself in the bathroom instead of my children because I am sure they would not have been able to push the metal piece out as it was missing a piece - I had to push it out gradually with all my might - honestly, I wondered if I would even be able to do it. The little table for the suitcase in the master room was broken, with the table leg left sitting on the table as a warning not to use it. Fix it or toss it please, because it took up space that was not able to be used for anything. Finally, the communication was not adequate, I asked several times about parking in a message and did not hear back ever. Plenty of private, free parking by the way Finally, I noticed a phone number and called direct;y.
