Positive: Clean, comfortable and well-equipped little cottage. In the middle of the countryside which was therefore very peaceful. Friendly welcome which was also extended to our dog. Small, gated garden with outside furniture for dining and relaxing. Interesting walks directly from the cottage along tracks and quiet roads. Locally sourced breakfast items were provided which was not only very kind but very much appreciated. Fresh flowers from the garden were left in the rooms which was a nice touch.

Negative: The nearest town was a fair distance away but once you have your provisions, the cottage becomes an ideal escape!

Positive: I only wish we could have stayed longer, wonderfully friendly hosts and amazingly comfortable cottage with every possible little thing thought of. A delight from start from to finish, and such a beautiful part of France.

Positive: This was my third visit. The location is superb, peaceful, beautiful, but close enough to main routes to make it an easy stopover. the cottage has everything you could ask for, particularly important for me is the secure garden for my dog, and easy nearby walks. The hosts are tres sympa, nothing is too much trouble, very welcoming and friendly.

The place itself was spacious, really clean, and full of thoughtful little touches that made it feel instantly welcoming. We found bread, cereal, milk, tea, even homemade jam waiting for us. We could really feel the care that went into setting everything up. The owner was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Honestly, it was one of those unexpected stops that ends up being a highlight of the trip. Totally worth the detour off the main road if you're looking for some calm, fresh air, a good reset, and genuine, heart-warming smiles and care. Thank you so much, Martine!!!
