Townhome is an end unit, nobody above or below you. Irvine is rated as one of the safest and best cities to live in America. Property rents quickly!! Located in the heart of Orange County! Close to beach, Disneyland, shopping and dining. Granite countertops & hardwood floors, with a new in-unit front load washer / dryer, and 55' & 42' Flat screen TVs & Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen w/utensils, dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. You will find everything you need in this townhome to meet your discriminating needs. Full access and 1 minute walk to pools & spa's. Very short walk to beach club, tennis courts and lake (pool / beach club & tennis requires 30 night stay and a small $50 one time fee). Parking convenient in lot directly behind townhome. Available maid service for fee. Most renters stay 2-3 months which keeps this property in great shape because we don't have renters moving in / out each week!! Summary: This area was perfect for long walks and breakfasts at local bakery. We didn’t use the water sports but boats were available for very close lakes. The owner was super responsive, although there wasn’t much to have to ask for, it was all there. Quiet comfortable condo

Summary: Because I was traveling solo with my 3-month old son for the first and last weeks of my 6-week trip to Orange County, it was really important to me that I stay in a safe location that required very little effort from to check in or out. Heaven knows I had my hands full! The check-in process was seamless, and the overall stay was quite fantastic. The owner was accommodating any time I had a request, and he even sent someone to change out the shower head because I told him it wasn't very functional as it was very blocked with limescale, etc. Any question I had was answered immediately. My only issue was the check-out. First, I did not receive the long list of check-out expectations until after my full stay was paid and not refundable. Second, I was asked to leave earlier than the 10am checkout time originally because he had someone checking in later in the day (in spite of the listing specifically stating that there would be a minimum of 2 days between guests for Covid safety reasons). He ultimately agreed to allow me until the originally agreed 10am time to leave, but on the condition that I begin doing laundry for the cleaning team to aid in the time crunch created by the immediate rental following that afternoon. He also agreed to let me keep my bags in the living room until my ride to the airport arrived at 12:30. In the end, we had to send my son back with my husband, a week earlier than planned, so I could do laundry whilst prepping to leave. A disappointing ending but otherwise okay.

Summary: Could not ask for a more relaxing, safe and complete location. The pools, parks and walking trails are right outside your door. Lots of grass, trees and quiet are seldom found in such close proximity to food and shopping. The patio is nice for BBQ’s and just watching the world walk by. We will be back soon!

Summary: CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, QUITE AND COZY! I stayed by myself for a month and worked from there as well. The internet speed is over 100MB, therefore had no issues. The lovely home is stocked with just about anything you will need. It is located across from the park and has a nice view. Fully stocked with linens and towels; smart TV allows you to log into your Netflix and Amazon accounts. The porch is a nice space to enjoy the evenings. I enjoyed beautiful walks to the S. Lake everyday and enjoyed going to the Oakcreek Golf club which is also very close. Eric was very responsive to my questions. I had a lovely. peaceful and great month. THANK YOU!
