Positive: The staff are exceptionally friendly. Amazing shower in the bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Great view over Gilgit too!

Negative: Too many power cuts! Our room had a locked door leading to the next room, so we could hear the guests in the next room.

Positive: Customer service experience at the front desk was fantastic. Check-in is like a breeze, you could pay either with your credit card or cash. Room was decent size overlooking main street and the mountains. Toilet was equipped with all amenities. Welcome fruit plate was a nice touch. Considering my next morning flight time, hotel staff was so kind that they arranged breakfast for me and my young boy 30 mins earlier, I thought that was really a nice thing to do.

Negative: I could point out the cleanliness of the rooms, but from the hard look point of view the rooms are kept clean, up to the mark and very tidy - however we did spot some insect crawling in from the adjacent room. I am allowing any impact of my review on that thing, just heads up.
