Aventura is a newly remodeled beach front condo that has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths--the master bedroom has a queen bed and bath, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, private entrance and private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, Keurig machine available just bring your own pods. blender, microwave, and toaster. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). Other Amenities include WiFi Internet and Vonage Phone Service, central A/C, Satellite TV, builtin charcoal barbecue, a beach front patio with furniture, and two car garage. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday. Dont forget and check our great Deals :

Beachfront and the views from the sunrise to sunset are amazing

The screen was ripped and next door was under construction, mosquitos in the unit but besides that an excellent stay and location!

Was about 10 doors down from mannys, and the water was out tje back door. Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.

Cannot get any closer to the beach! It is an older property and could use some maintenance done. The shower head in the master bedroom bath needs to be replaced. The kitchen could use some more supplies, especially in the spices category.
