Summary: This place used to feel like a homebase with services like water and coffee available in reception. Not anymore. Must be trying to save $$. Room didn’t have sheets when we arrived and no staff on duty to sort out. Luckily restauant manager let us into housekeeping so we could find sheets make up our bed. Spa great if you get in early but late in day is overcrowded and no towels available. Rooms are good but this place not what it was two years ago.

Summary: Checkin is supposed to be self checkin with their online app. It didn’t go smoothly but when I got to the hotel there were actual people to check me in. Great value - summer season.

Summary: A hotel should offer a free parking for guest. The Aves Hotel has it’s own parking garage which was nearly empty. This is a perfect place to stay despite that the restaurant was not open during our stay.

Summary: Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Summary: Perfect for a 4 night stay in Arosa. Restaurant food is very good, rooms are basic but have everything you need & are very comfortable. A nice modern vibe with good access to all the snow related activities & other restaurants in the area.
