This lovely Northside home sits on a small quiet airport with gorgeous views of Mt. Spokane. Just minutes from downtown Spokane, just off Hwy 2 and the North Division Y.
Watch the local planes take off and land from the front yard swing and then end your day watching the sunset on the large back patio while BBQing.
The Large master suite has a queen bed and walk in closet with new carpet. The master bathroom has new flooring, a garden tub, walk in shower and double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Second bathroom is located just off the second bedroom and has a shower/tub and a nice large single vanity. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed with two sets of dressers. A twin bed can be found in a cubby in the laudryroom, perfect for a young child.
This property is close to civilization but feels remote. During your visit you will see wildlife like deer, quail and wild turkeys. Aviator Dreams is a open spaceous floor plan much like the property it sits on.

Summary: We really enjoyed the property, particularly the proximity to the airport. Immaculately clean, everything was in good working order (the kitchen is dated, but everything we used worked well!) and comfortable, but for the temps. We stayed during record-breaking heat, and the window unit A/C, while clearly high quality, simply wasn't up to the task/size before it. We would absolutely stay again, definitely during a cooler stretch though. Owners were kind and helpful, check-in was ridiculously easy, and the story of the home and property can't be beat!

Summary: We were in Spokane for a family wedding, and this home was the perfect place to stay! It was like a private retreat away from all the hustle and bustle of hectic wedding preparations. The house was spotlessly clean, well stocked, extremely specious, and very comfortable. We loved watching the sunset from the backyard and were glad there was plenty of room to invite some of our family over one evening for a meal. Plus, we really enjoyed watching the airplanes take off and land throughout our stay. April was a very attentive host, who communicated well with us, and we really appreciated the book of instructions at the house. It even included the very interesting history of the place!! Our family was very grateful for the opportunity to stay here! Everything was perfect, and we'd love to stay here again.

Summary: This was perfect for our family as we gathered together for our brothers celebration of life. The house was very clean and organized . It was very comfortable for our family. I'm being picky here, but there were a couple small things. the grill was pretty dirty and we had to clean it. We had to look for the propane tank.

Summary: Well how to express our delight on a home that spacious has wall to wall carpeting that works well with our 1st grandson, and a rocker chair to comfort the baby. Grandma really appreciated that very much. Not to far from Spokane so would definitely return if home is available for another time. Great furniture and nice fireplace.

Summary: April & Doug, We wanted to say Thank You for the opportunity to stay at your home. Hard to find a place that is big enough for our large family and yours fit the bill. We got to say that it was one of the best VRBO experiences that we have had. Would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future. The airport was a huge bonus.
