Summary: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sheree and Debbie at the front desk were awesome. The breakfast cook was awesome and the breakfast area was extremely clean. The rooms were clean and modern. However, we found our bed to be too soft. You would sit on the bed to change your shoes and the bed would sit very low. The bed was a minor issue when the overall stay was great.

Summary: My stay was excellent! Ms. Sherie was warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the little touches like [complimentary breakfast / free bottled water / quick check-in]. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was close by. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Summary: I love this hotel. The location is quiet, the room price is reasonable, and the rooms are clean & comfortable. If you know your way around the area, this is a great base of operations. Also, the staff are nice & the food & coffee options are simple & good.

Summary: I’ve become a fan of staying at Avid hotel when I can find them. Modern, stylish, clean. Price point is always great. And breakfast is healthy and fresh. This location didn’t have a lot of good options nearby,

Summary: The hotel itself is in a great location. However, the room was moldy in the bathroom and smelled horrible. The shower was less than desirable, and there was black mold under the sink on the wall. I hope that they will fix this issue, as it makes me not want to stay here again.
