Positive: Open arriving fantastic staff. Check in easy and explained about hotel offerings.

Negative: Check out was not pleasent asked for a receipt told ii already was sent in a email. Breakfast cold first date. Eating area tables not cleaned. Sunday breakfast was hot. Much better.
