Summary: Stayed for a nearby concert. I was worried because there were some bad reviews about cleanliness at other Avid hotels. I was relieved to find my room was clean and comfortable. Especially since the hotel was booked at capacity and I knew changing rooms was not going to be an option.

Summary: The hotel looks new, very clean. Room had everything i needed, not fancy but streamlined. Bed was very comfy, however my AC made squeaky noises much of the night which kept me awake. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. There was a pool i considered using, but wasnt big enough for lap swimming. The area has many restaurants in the vicinity, some within walking distance. I would gladly stay here again.

Summary: I really appreciate the front desk staff, who we stayed in contact with on the way in because unexpected heavy rain delayed us by several hours.

Summary: Very nice stay everyone was great but one person, she was very rude and condescending a middle aged white women that works there, she should not be checking people in. Other then the few interactions I had with her. The rest of the staff was superb.
