Positive: The staff make this place it is! The owner was even floating around most days and interacting with guests which was lovely to see. The pool area was great, bar team were always so happy to help and the entertainment team were always full of energy and bringing the vibes every day
Negative: The hotel just needs a little TLC, some of the room furniture is a little dates and needs changing, some repair work to the corridors and general maintenance. It would also be good to have someone just keeping the pool area tidy, sweeping leaves off the pool side and tidying up tables and sunbeds etc

Positive: We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered fantastic facilities for families with children. A special thank you to Agatha and Viktoria at reception, who were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their warm welcome and excellent service made a real difference. We would also like to mention the entertainment team, who were absolutely brilliant. They worked so hard to keep both adults and children entertained and created a fun, friendly atmosphere every day. This is truly one of the best hotels for families with kids. We made amazing memories and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

Positive: I had an exceptional stay and cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding team, especially Manager Victoria, Manager Andreas, and Chef Emad. Each of them consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed, valued, and well cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment to hospitality were evident in every interaction. What stood out most was their thoughtful support for guests from a wide range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. They showed real understanding and respect, tailoring their approach to individual needs with sensitivity and grace. This level of cultural awareness elevated the entire experience. I also want to highlight how safe Cyprus felt throughout my stay. Even given the wider regional situation, there was no visible military presence and absolutely no sense of fear or tension. The atmosphere was calm, relaxed, and welcoming. The local people were cooperative, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience in every respect. I would recommend it without hesitation and look forward to returning.
