Positive: - the apartment is quite big - very large bathroom - external electric shutters - a grocery store nearby
Negative: - the apartment is located next to a noisy street where trucks often pass - at check-in we were greeted by a bad smell, probably because it had been smoked before. I solved it with a room freshener - in the kitchen the cleaning was done superficially - there were no large bath towels, there were only small towels - the beds only had jersey covers without cotton sheets - the matrimonial bed was 140 cm wide - lack of AC, the apartment on the top floor was very hot during the day - we had problems due to the lack of mosquito nets on the windows - large but old TV with very slow software

Positive: This is just a wonderful apartment! Spacious, suitable for several families with children and animals. It is clear that the design and details were made with great love! For example, each room has a small cozy evening light, beautiful wallpaper and flowers. Especially it should be said about comfort - there is everything you need for the kitchen, a lot of different cleaning products... They tried very hard here to make you feel at home!
Summary: Wonderful place, we are very grateful!

Positive: Good location, very quiet. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a handy small supermarket a minute away.
Negative: There were two of us staying, but only one room was made ready, but we just moved bedding. Could do with a shower mat and maybe bigger towels and maybe a hand towel. We're not little guys. We also couldn't turn the main radiator down.

Positive: We recently stayed in this apartment for a week and it was a delightful experience. The place was incredibly cozy, warm, and spacious, making us feel almost at home. It's well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including an elevator, washing machine, and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. We would love to return to this apartment the next time we find ourselves in Poznan. Conveniently, all necessary shops are within walking distance, with a small store right next door and a hypermarket just 1 km away. Highly recommended for a homey stay in the city!

Positive: Great appartment, nice furniture, fully equipped. Two bedroom with comfortable beds. Reservated parking spot close to entrance to building. There is an elevator in building so reach the appartment in 3rd floor is easy ;-) There is also great children playground just 1 minute far away. Despite of fact that there is a busy steet close, nothing was hear inside appartment. Little shop just minute away, bigger ship just 10 minutes far away by walk.
Negative: The only disadvantage is that appartment is far from city centre, so if you would like to go there you shoud use car or bus. We traveled by car and it took 30 minutes to get to city centre due to all-time-present trafic jams.
Summary: Great appartment - Avocado.
