Summary: We stayed to be near our granddaughter’s wedding activities but wished we would have booked an additional day to sit on the porch, walk the picturesque grounds and just watch the deer and chickens out the window. Every element of this place is therapeutic to your soul! Steve and Cathy are extremely courteous, helpful, friendly, encouraging, talented, creative and respectful hosts. Very comfortable and homey and remote place to stay!

Summary: Property was absolutely beautiful, my whole family loved the place and the surrounding area! The hosts were fabulous and so very helpful! Definitely plan to head back their way very soon for a longer stay! Totally recommend to everyone!

Summary: It was a great escape. No city or highway noises. Deer showing up in the morning. House was great, clean and you had the feeling of home. Very relaxing. We would definitely make another trip to stay here again!

Summary: Absolutely wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, the surroundings wonderful, and the host amazing. We had ample space for a family of five adults and two children. We were looking for seclusion in a comfortable setting and we found it! We look forward to being back again!

Summary: The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice the home is. The space was clean and comfortable in every way and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and baths. But what made this stay so special, was the extraordinary customer service we received from Steve and Cathy, they were positively marvelous. We came in very late our first night and they had left juice, coffee and miscellaneous breakfast items, I have never met anyone who wanted the people who were staying with them to feel more at home. Property was beautiful, deer bedded down every night in clearing on property, just so relaxing, Will definitely stay there again!

Summary: Our host made us feel at home on his beautiful property. Made sure we had some breakfast items for the next day and enough chairs to sit outside and enjoy the Hill Country. First night was perfect for star gazing with no light pollution from the city. The house has a back patio where we were able to cook out and no need to go into town for any restaurants. It’s about 30 mins away from town and from the Llano River Park where we went river floating. Perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and rest.
