Positive: I had a truly wonderful stay at Awen Lara Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very kind, welcoming and always helpful. I would like to give my special thanks and appreciation to the receptionist Hassan. He is extremely respectful, polite and always ready to assist with anything. He helped us with every request we had, gave us great recommendations on places to visit, and constantly made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. His professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out and made a big difference during our holiday. Thank you, Awen Lara Hotel, and especially Hassan, for such an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return in the future.

Positive: Very nice hotel. Rooms were very good. Staff at the reception was excellent specially Nagihan. Rooms were good. Terrace was an added advantage. Pool was good. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices except fresh omelette. I would say the hotel is underrated by Booking.com

Positive: Comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic breakfast that changes everyday with a variety of options, very vegetarian friendly. The room is sufficient for the price range, good value. Beach access is nearby, good restaurants nearby and lots of supermarkets.
Negative: Cleaning staff entered the room even when it was locked from the inside. It is quite loud from nearby airport and planes flying right overhead. They had a poster in the reception offering free rides for shopping at the old town Bazaar. I asked for the ride and I shopped at the bazaar, only to find out that they took me to a shop conveniently named Old Town Bazaar only selling fake branded clothes and shoes and they refused to take me back saying I had to purchase from their shop as it is a deal they had with the hotel. This felt very misleading and its a shame that the hotel management would subject their guests to this trickery without full elaboration of the deal. I called the hotel to explain this and thankfully the manager on duty (Mustafa Galip) took responsibility promptly and paid for my taxi back to the hotel which I really appreciate but the hotel management should not do such things and subject their staff to face the repercussions of such back room deals without being honest with the guests.

Positive: So after I booked the hotel I got a little nervous cause I saw some reviews that wasn’t great regarding location and the room and the WiFi. I had a conference call so I really needed the connection to be point. I rushed over there with my laptop to actually test it and see my room and honestly when I got there I loved it! I booked the Junior family room and it was so good! I loved that each room had its own TV and it worked, so we were able to watch whatever separately in our rooms. The hotel was clean, it smelt so fresh I was just so happy. The location was decent, a lot of restaurants around and shops which was super good, we often went out to eat or grabbed a take away. The staff were really nice! Proactive, you could order food and they would do that on your behalf. It looks like all the feedback provided the hotel is taking it on board. My mum and sister went to the spa, they really enjoyed it. They were really helpful and did a great job.
Negative: It would’ve been great if the hotel provided like a lunch service, but it’s minor cause there’s restaurants around.

Positive: Beautiful new hotel with a lovely swimming pool. We got an upgrade to a langer room with 2 separate bedrooms. After check out we could leave our luggage there. The hotel is on walking distance of the beach

Positive: my experience of satying at this hotel was amazing. I have stayed at 10+ hotels around Turkey and this one is the best so far. the hotel provides actual service! (which is not very common in Turkey) the staff is great. they were always happy to help (they booked me a taxi several times, ordered food for me, brought my luggage to the room and many other small cute gestures which made my staying as comfortable as possible). there is a spa as well (I didn't know about that before I came so it was a nice surprise). the massage was perfect (thank you Rosa!). the pool area is beautiful and coctails at the bar are really good. the room was clean and cozy and contained everything I needed. I'll definitely be back once I'm in Antalya!
Negative: the only disadvantage is the height of the ceilings. they are too low. if your height is 180+ you might feel uncomfortable
