Summary: The condo is very nicely provided with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lots of considerate touches, such as a choice of two coffee pots, a lap quilt on the recliner, and a big medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The view of the beach is great, and watching sunsets from the balcony was fabulous. Everything was very clean. The elevator was broken, but we knew that ahead of time, and we managed the stairs since we only had to go to the second floor.

Summary: Great condo right on the beach with the best ocean views! Property was very clean and well equipped for anything you would need for your stay. Communication with Barbara the host was instantaneous from the very beginning of the booking. Check-in was very easy with no problems. I would highly recommend this unit. Thank you Barbara for the great accommodations!

Summary: Very nice condo with a great beach view. Heated pool was excellent. Some damage to pool area bathrooms and elevator was not working, but I was told this by owner ahead of time. Room is up two flights of stairs, so not a big deal to us. Saw maintenance guy cleaning and painting alot. Place looks like it has recovered much better than some others in the area. Listing shows a hot tub, but there is not one. I also knew that going in, but if I was expecting a hot tub and there wasn't one I would not be happy. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Summary: We loved our stay here. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The condo was clean, snd the kitchen was well equipped. Barbara was a gracious host, with excellent communication. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Summary: Unit was very clean. Owner has completed tasteful updates. Kitchen is well stocked, we didn’t want for anything. We’ve stayed in this building several times and this is the nicest unit we’ve been in. We intend to continue staying in this particular unit in the future.

Summary: The condo is on the beach and has easy access to the beach through the private pool area. We have enjoyed this condo for the past two years and we are coming back next year. It's a great location for food food and kayak and paddle board rental. Love it.
