Positive: Quiet end-of-the-road home in Harrisville. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Richard and Char have thought of pretty much everything their guests might need. Theirs is the best kitchenette we have seen. Large rooms, plenty of light and lights, welcoming decor. Great non-motel night!

Negative: Not a negative, but a detail: the unit is in the basement with 13 steps down.

Positive: We enjoyed the quietness and beauty where this property resides. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely kind and it was wonderful to talk with them during our stay. My family enjoyed the pool table as well.

Negative: There was not really anything that we didn’t like. We knew there was not a full kitchen, but had what we needed for the stay between the microwave, fridge, and toaster oven. :)

Summary: Comfortable and clean apartment with kind hosts.

Positive: Char and Richard were great hosts. It was very close to Snowbasin, which was wonderful. Was like hanging out in a cozy living room.

Negative: Would have been great to have some way to cook (stovetop) and clean dishes.

Positive: Location was convenient, just far enough out of the city to relax, but close to anything you need. The hosts were excellent. Extremely friendly and welcoming, very helpful with anything we needed.

Negative: No AC in the basement, but we were able to open up the windows and get a breeze to cool things off.
