Summary: Property is good. Very clean. It does, indeed, have a beautiful view of the surroundings. Neighbors are VERY nice. Only 1 caution for people: If you staying in winter and don't have a big four wheel drive truck.... this property is on a VERY steep hill and when it snows you will have trouble getting into the driveway unless the town has plowed very recently. That would not stop be from staying again, though. All messages I sent to Peggy she answered immediately.

Summary: Nice place that had linens and air fryer, coffee maker etc. very limited glassware, downstairs toilet runs, kind of dusty/dirty. Left it cleaner than we found it. Would rent again. The proclaimed mountain chalet thing was funny! I grew up near there and there is no chalet or skiing near there! The closest place is over 40 minutes away! It’s an old house near the top of Berlin hill

Summary: After all the glitches were taken care of the stay was good. I would rent this property again. Penny was very underpaid took care of all the issues in a timely manner.

Summary: The house was perfect for our small group(6),but could easily handle more. The location made for easy access to all of the local ATV trails and local eateries. Would definitely go back for vacation.

Summary: My brothers, cousins total six stayed for two nights during Jericho ATV festival. We only needed the house for beds and shower. Beds were comfortable, pillows and towels should be replaced. Some of the bedrooms could use better dusting. Over all the house was worth the cost. House is in the center of town so it was easy access to restaurants and riding trails. I would rent this location again if the owner will have after the slight criticism.

Summary: This was an excellent space for our group. It had plenty of beds a large dining table to eat at, the pool was great for the boys and ample parking. It is very close to Jericho atv park and also fagins pub which is a must every time we come up here

Summary: We had a great stay. The home was clean, had plenty of room for a large family, neighbors were quiet, AC in every room was a huge plus, and the owner was super quick to respond to all messages. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The house was beautiful, maybe a few more utensils. We were very surprised how steep the hill was where house was located, we were towing trailers was a little difficult to manuver them. Outside of that we had a great stay. Penny is a very sweet person to work with.
