Positive: got lot of shops, restaurants and parking spots near the hotel, affordable price, nice room,

Negative: Staff need to get hospitality training, no smile on face, rude and not even explain about the room properly and confused. Just put the deposit receipt and keys on table and not even tell me which floor and room number. This was my second visit to the hotel and will be last. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone too. First time also faced the same problem, got one aunty in reception I don't know what was her problem was so rude to us.

Positive: There is ample public parking space there. Coffee shops are within walking distance. I was plesantly surprised that there is an elevator (lift) to access to the other floors. The elevator is small but at least it beats walking up the staircase. The staff there are friendly.

Negative: The air-cond remote was not working even though after replacing the batteries. Luckily the temperature set was bearable. The air-cond blower is noisy from the vibration everytime the compressor starts. If you put your hand on the air-cond cover, the vibration sound will stop. You can hear water flowing from the toilet cistern throughout the whole time.

Summary: The stay here is comfortable if you don't mind a little bit of sound from the air-cond & toilet.
