Positive: A quiet and peaceful place, clean territory, well designed, nice green lawn. The staff are all very nice and ready to help.
Negative: The breakfast price is high, we would prefer to have buffet breakfast for that amount or to have a la carte menu.

Positive: The grounds and pool were well maintained and those staff were attentive.
Negative: The reception staff were pleasant but appeared unable to clarify or rectify problems . The manager was disinterested and dismissive , very reluctant to deal with our concerns. He hid behind his very junior staff. The restaurant staff were poor providing a slow and often incompetent service. The breakfast was nice when delivered promptly but was often Luke warm. It was also extortionately priced … more expensive than most hotels in London. We ate in the restaurant for one evening .. again the food was nice but ridiculous prices. The restaurant is surrounded by water which meant that there were lots of mosquitoes around. We asked for insect repellent which eventually arrived several days later after asking again. We were told that there was also a insect repellent plug-in for the room but no one had informed us of this. There is no turn down service in the evening so the rooms do not get sprayed. The cleaning staff were very good but we had to ask for our room to be cleaned most days as the light to request it was broken.
Summary: A nice hotel but let down by their staff. I would not rate this hotel as 5 star.
