Summary: Service is unparalleled even at Bali standard. So many things to do especially for kids. 3 nights are not enough staying at ayana. It has everything you need inside. Kubu beach is the highlight of the stay. Definitely will be back.

Summary: Booked two rooms for our family trip, one was the 2 bedroom ocean view, the other one was king bed ocean view. The 2 bedroom was wonderful, with good view of the ocean despite being farther away than the main Ayana hotel. Our king bed ocean view, however, was very disappointing. Half of our view was another room's corridor, and the rest seems so far from the ocean. Was very disappointed in that. The experience overall was good. The complex was somewhat too big for my liking, took too far to get to the beach and the segarra hotel was a bit small so all activities were centralized on the main ayana hotel. Liked the fact that there were plenty of dining options, and that the segarra facilities were somewhat wheelchair friendly.
