Positive: Brilliant location. Gorgeous setting and the gardens are a real highlight. It felt like being in a mini park. It was very comfortable for our group to relax and read and watch movies with the fire roaring and the heating was so nice throughout the house.

Positive: We were made to feel welcome from our arrival with a very generous 'Welcome' basket of treats awaiting us. The grounds were superb and very well maintained, with a large, secured backyard for our dog. Dog blankets and toys were thoughtfully supplied which made us feel comfortable about bringing along our pet. There was plenty of room for a dog to run around and explore. The house has an old world charm with modern facilities and has a lovely garden outlook from all viewpoints. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the birds in the mornings and evenings. We loved the cosy fireplace at night. The location was very close to lakes and springs as well as local facilities/restaurants/shops.-just a short drive. We recommend this property to anyone who desires a relaxing country getaway in close proximity to so much.
Negative: Make sure that you clearly communicate a need to have the beds split into singles before your arrival if you don't want to be sharing.
