Negative: Just an advice to anyone considering renting here through booking.com. The price breakdown on booking.com of the rental included cleaning fees, however following your booking, you will be given a separate link to NOVASOL's website where there was also an option to pay for cleaning and if you don't pay you are expected to clean before you leave the property. When I queried this issue, as to why I should pay another cleaning fee, they could not provide any explanation but insisted that I would still have to pay for final cleaning despite paying for cleaning on booking.com. This is not transparent and they have no justification for charging cleaning after including this on booking.com and it's good for any renters to know this before you book with this agent. Additionally, I also would like to state that you will not be provided any free beddings for your visit and the company's link on the website would request that you pay for beddings or none will be provided. In my case, we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children, one of which was a baby. I paid 11euros for beddings through the company's link, on the assumption that through the visibility they had that there were 2 adults and children. To my surprise, on arrival to the property, they provided only 1bedsheet, 1pillow case, 1 towel. I thought it was a mistake and called their office requesting for more bedding and I was asked to pay 11euros for each bedding set including that of the baby. There was a man at the other end who was rude stating that I should have seen it in my confirmatory email how many beddings I paid for. I looked at my confirmatory email and it did not have this specific information. I told him that, but that didn't change anything. This was disappointing. My thinking was that even Airbnb which is a cheaper rental system would at least provide clean beddings for the guest. I couldn't understand why they didn't provide that.

Positive: Pros: Beautiful stream behind the house, lovely shady trees all around, very close to all the attractions we wanted to see, big house with nice beds.
Negative: We were expressly warned that quiet hours were between 10pm and 8 am, yet three out of four nights we were awoken by the neighbors yelling obscenities and shining flashlights through the windows! On the last night I was woken at 2 am and 6:45 am. To make matters worse, there were no window coverings on our window, and inadequate shades on the living room window. Totally unacceptable. The master bedroom door couldn't be opened because the latch got caught on the door jamb, trapping me in the room one night. Not a restful vacation :(
Summary: With better maintenance and quieter neighbors, this would been a really nice place.
