Positive: Good location & facilities. The building is well maintained as well as the amenities. The garage is also a bonus because there’s time restrictions on the street parking.
Negative: The water pressure in the shower. It’s quite bad, unsure why. And it wouldn’t hurt to get extra pillows too.
Summary: Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time during our vacation in Adelaide. Great city and a great accommodation to go

Positive: Location was excellent. Recently renovated with all the facilities in good, clean condition.
Negative: There was an electrical fault with the switch for the light in the second bathroom which kept tripping the circuit breaker. Notified the agent on our first day but didn’t get a reply until our third day and the promised Electrician never turned up. As a result we couldn’t use the second bathroom with six people. There are a few other minor issues such as one of the two sinks in the main bathroom was blocked. We were also a bit surprised to find that there was no milk in the fridge, no coffee for the coffee machine etc. All a bit barebones.
Summary: It’s a very nice house in a good location letdown by poor support

Negative: one of the sinks in the bathroom was blocked and the heat light fan in the second bathroom set off the electrical safety switch - this was reported but meant the space wasnt really useable which was annoying as the bath looked amazing

Positive: No breakfast. It was difficult to get the keys on arrival and communication was poor with the managing agent.
Negative: there was no internet access even though there was a modem there. The showers were only luke warm.
Summary: may stay elsewhere next time.

Positive: The old house was well presented. Location of the house was ok. But we still need to drive to the Rundle mall area.
Negative: Staff were not contactable Sat. Sunday by email, or SMS. Even Monday I had to ring the agent as no one called. Gas in the back yard was leaking too badly to use or enjoy for the whole stay. Not serviced very well at all and not responsive. Would recommend getting a new agent. Some pans dirty. Spoons missing. Only two tablespoons and one teaspoon Rooms and beds leaked warm blankets, no spare blankets. Was unpleasantly cold All rubbish 6 bins were full so not put out for weeks I would say.
