Summary: Customer service on arrival was poor. Room was comfortable but not lavish. Food was ok, room service was great customer service. Hotel was clean and good. Not our best hotel stay.

Summary: My room did not have central heating working and had to use a portable heater. Apparently some other rooms have similar problem and no maintenance to fix on a Saturday evening. Reception wasn’t great either and not offered another room or any discount for discomfort. All in all not a good experience at the hotel.

Summary: They told us we couldn’t check in till 3:45 as our room wasn’t ready, because we had a reservation we needed to leave the room at 3:30, they managed to get us into a different room 15 minutes later and said it was an “upgrade”. However the room was very cold, worn and old fashioned, radiators didn’t work and the shower took 40 mins to work after my partner used it. Wouldn’t recommend for the price, stay somewhere else and pay an extra £20. We wouldn’t return.

Summary: A last minute decision to book a stay for some rest and relaxation, Aztec Hotel & Spa certainly did not disappoint. Room clean and fresh on arrival, staff polite and helpful and the food was amazing! A great treat for myself, I will be back.
