One of a kind beach bungalow featuring two large bedrooms with endless ocean views. Step out to a gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunrises right from the master bedroom. The second floor offers an open family area with ocean views from every angle and french doors that lead you two a second deck with beautiful views of the ocean and nature.
Mi Azucar is 1 of 5 secluded bungalows nestled in a 10 acre ocean / beach front paradise. This unique property has close to 1000’ of private sandy beach, 2 docks extending out 450’ from the shore, great for docking your boat, jet ski or enjoying the great fishing action right off our pier. At the heart of our resort is our featured amenity, our newly remodeled grotto style pool inspired by natural Coral coast such as you would find in South Florida. The pool area features 2 pools; a smaller chill pool with a cascading waterfall bench. Our larger pool has a water slide, a waterfall hidden grotto, a swim up bar and a hot tub for those days you need to relax after a great day out fishing. Amenity’s also include complimentary paddle boards, our fitness center, 8 bikes to cruise the island, 2 tiki huts on the beach great for grilling as you feel the ocean breeze, or just soaking it all in on a hammock.
Also a Great place for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions and romantic getaways .

***During Hotter Months, extreme amounts of seaweed mixed with debris from the ocean will accumulate on our beach and beyond (Please contact us if needed to get up the moment seaweed condition)
**Maximum guest capacity is 8 guest per stay
*The property is located right on the Atlantic ocean. Myself and our grounds crew are constantly picking up debris that wash ashore mixed in with the seaweed from the ocean such as plastic bottles, bottle caps, plastic bags, etc. Its an endless battle and we try our best to keep our beach clean for all our guests.

****During Hotter Months extreme amounts of seaweed mixed with debris from the ocean will accumulate on our beach and beyond.
****Our property is located on what is considered to be a turtle nesting beach. We must follow environmental guidelines when trying to remove any type of seaweed that washes ashore.
****Its is strongly recommended to bring mosquito and no see um repellent (No-see-ums are tiny flying insects that are incredibly difficult to spot. Also known as biting midges, punkies, sand flies or biting gnats, these flying insects are small enough to fit through the mesh screens of windows and doors. They are also easy to overlook when they swarm around you or land on your skin.
No-see-um bites are painful and itchy.
We are committed to the conservation and protection of all our resources. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efforts. Water is one of our most important life resources. You can protect and conserve this vital source by turning the faucet off while brushing your teeth or shaving, not using the toilet as a trash receptacle, being sure faucets are turned completely off, report leaky faucets and re using towels.

Summary: My first experience in the keys with a beautiful bungalow , waterfront views right on the water , pool with a slide that has a awesome cave you can swim in , and the property manager responded quickly with any questions we had , i recommend this place to everyone and I will be back !!

Summary: I loved the secluded nature of the property it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Beach was beautiful and the property manager was very responsive. The location is close enough to Key West that it’s easy to do an excursion or go to dinner.

Summary: Truly felt like a little slice of paradise. Many windows which showed amazing views of the ocean and palm trees. Host was very communicative and responsive and provided such an easy stay. The pool was very close and was beautiful with grills, a blender, TV, and a control panel to change the temperature of the pool. Only 30 minutes to downtown Key West with plenty of local food and activities very close to the property as well. Cannot recommend enough !!

Summary: My husband and I wanted to take our four kids to a beautiful beach house with a lot of fun family activities to do together. Well this place had all the activities and more! The kids and us adults all loved the grotto and the beach activities with the kayak and paddle boards. We also went snorkeling on our private beach where we saw several different fish and a few horseshoe crabs!! We rented jet skis for one of the days, and boy was that a blast! Cadmier recommended the jet ski company, and they were amazing! We also loved baby’s coffee shop that was a short drive from the house, and driving the short drive to Key West for even more things to do! After long days playing outside, we would retreat back to the house where I found to be such a breathtaking oasis, the home itself was just gorgeous, and the views from the rooftop were incredible! We all absolutely loved our stay here! Cadmier was absolutely the best hostess too! He would respond right back to any questions we had, and we had an awful start to our vacation with flights being canceled, and Cadmier went above and beyond to accommodate us! We would highly recommend staying in one of Cadmiers beach houses, especially at the Mi Azucar. Thank you Cadmier for everything! The Garske family
