Negative: Garbage was piled up on the outside when we pulled up flies fleas dirty diapers overflowing out of the garbage pail and smelled took 2 days for them to take some out they didn't even take all of it underneath the couches were loaded with garbage so we just pushed them back we didn't move them

Positive: I was traveling with my sister and my dog. When we arrived it was spotless. The pictures were accurate. There were lots of little nice touches like a dog bowl, ball and leash, paints and a note about painted rock beach, a magnetic screen door. The sofas were comfortable as were the beds and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. There was even a big kennel with a bed in the garage.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. The only minor issue was that the gate on one side of the house didn’t fully latch. We blocked it with a brick and a rock and didn’t leave the dog outside alone. But it could be an issue for dogs who like to escape. We did report it and agreed the staff could come by and fix it but it wasn’t yet resolved when we left.

Positive: The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable and suitable for a big family with many kids. The street was quiet and the amenities all functioned well. The house has a very pleased vibe and the atmosphere was welcoming. The price was excellent for this particular accommodation - even compared to the other nearby. If the price stays the same, we will gladly come back again!

Positive: Wonderful experience for the whole family. We felt more like a "locals vs. a tourist" in this homes location. Even the raccoons felt like they could come stargaze with us. That was interesting. lol The home was fairly well stocked and provides plenty of activities in case the weather has other plans during your stay. Games, movies, crafts, etc. Thank you very much. We are definitely trying to return next year!
Negative: 1) Master bath cabinets need to be updated to match the rest of the home. 2) Detail of cleaning the bathroom ceiling fan filters and the master bath window screen was missed prior to our arrival. 3) Entry way and master closet lights flashed at random. 4) Oh, and the lock codes can be remembered by someone with dyslexia , if a couple of numbers are switched. That's a bit unnerving. I'm glad our dog was with us. Everything else was great!
