Negative: I stayed there in summer. Sure that in winter it will be another experience. The location is inconvenient, there is no air conditioning, the room gets hot in summer, and the access road is in poor condition. The room lacked basic amenities — no kettle, shampoo, shower gel, or even a cup. Breakfasts are quite modest — limited selection, with many items gone by 9 a.m., and it would be nice to have more fresh and varied options. The buffet dinner was heavy and greasy, with no fresh vegetables and limited choice. The jacuzzi is not always available, and during my stay, I did not notice the water being changed or cleaned. The owners’ dogs roam freely and were sometimes overly intrusive, which made walks with my own dog uncomfortable.

Positive: Location is amazing with a beautiful view. If you are skiing/ snowboarding, you get there straight from the slope. Breakfast and dinner were very good and there is a nice bar to get some drinks in the evening. We loved our stay in Bila Labut:)
