Positive: We were greeted by the lovely host who had tips for us of places to see. We immediately felt welcomed. When we looked at the view from our window it took our breath away. The location couldn’t be better. It was close to everything. Even the bells going off at 7am were lovely. It was a spacious, clean room with so much character. It was the highlight of our trip to Florence. Thank you!

Positive: Location is unbeatable! Guiana is very nice and helpful as well! We can see Duomo at different times of the day, which is awesome!
Negative: The internet can be a bit slow. It is in a 16th century building. There is a very small elevator and you need a pass to use it. We did not bother and it worked out fine(we didni't mind walking up to third floor). :)
Summary: Great stay and location! We enjoyed the musician in the piazza every night while we stayed there.

Positive: Words cannot describe how amazing the view was! The location was also fantastic, and Signora Giuliana was very generous in her hospitality and check in/out time (we were lucky to receive an early check in). We loved it!
Negative: None! Everything was as described in the photos/text. If you are sensitive to noise, this location may not be best for you.
Summary: Fantastic location, unparalleled view, and amazing hospitality by Signora Giuliana! We can’t wait to be back.

Positive: The location is truely exceptional. Amazing views of the square and the duomo! Even though we were in the heart of the action the room was still quiet to sleep.
Negative: The bed was a little soft for our taste and needed a little TLC. If you had mobility issues the stairs would be a challenge up to the rooms.
