Negative: The pool has not been working for a long time and will not reopen soon. This should have been mentioned, this was the reason why we chose this hotel... The restaurant is very pretty, but half the things on the menu are not available and you have to wait long for a meal...

Positive: Fantastic location looking out over an inlet of the Danube. Good food. Exceptionally helpful staff. We had a problem with a bike and they arranged a lift for us and sourced a spare wheel. They sorted out a problem that we thought would take the next day to fix.
