Positive: We thought it was amazing to be able to check in early during the day as we went to the day festival in Werchter during the day and wouldn't get there until after 00.00. The owner was very flexible and let us check in before noon. The location was also beautiful and very peaceful. Free parking, mattress was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. There was even a bath!

Negative: It was quite hot (29 degrees, night time was cooler but the heat was in the room) and there wasn't any air-conditioning. There was only a fan that wasn't very strong. The pillow was very thin in combination with a softer mattress resulted in a sore back. It would be nice to have a second harder pillow to choose which one you want.

Positive: The host was not only credibly gracious and understanding with my late arrival but also took time to make you I settle in ok and that all my needs were met. I doubt you will find a better value-for-money location around Leuven. Immaculate gigantic room with all your needs for comfort met!

Negative: Can't think of a single thing.

Summary: Liberating rustic journey , close to Leuven, close to authentic farmlands and great hiking spots.
