Positive: We are on a road trip in Europe, staying at lots of places. Casa Camilla has been easily the best place on the whole trip. Filippo and family are fantastic hosts, taking lots of time to provide us with local information about Padova. How to get the bus, the trains etc. The apartment and the area was fantastic. Friendly pizzerias and gelato places right around the corner despite being out of town in a residential area. Breakfast in the garden with homemade cakes and local meats and cheeses. Amazing! Easy to get in to Padova on the bus and Venice from the train station. After experiencing the crowds of Venice it felt like we had the wonderful Padova to ourselves. Hugely recommended.

Positive: Filippo and his family are wonderful people! They are warm, genuinely caring, authentic and great hosts. The breakfast was very good and we could not have asked for anything more. All in all Casa Camilla is the perfect place to stay in Padova.

Positive: Family run. Extremely helpful. Always cheerful. Clean room. Breakfast was amazing with eggs, fruit, nuts, homemade delicious cakes along with bread and croissants and all the coffee/espresso you want. Filippo, Paula and Renato were my family away from home.

Positive: Philippo and family are very friendly and Keen to help and assist and advise where to eat, what to see, and where to park. These are the reasons that make small family run hotels a good alternative to chain hotels.
Negative: Nothing really. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but a couple more choices for vegetarians would have made the whole experience a ten.

Positive: Good points: - nice and tasty breakfast - special host - Filippo was born to be a marketing man, he was in permanent contact with me before our arrival, provided a lot of info and praised the location - clean bathroom - real heaters, possiblity to really have a warm sleep, comparing with other locations where there's only an A.C. available - 1 dedicated parking space available in the interior patio
Negative: Overall a nice experience, but the apartment in the annex is a bit too old and shall be renovated or some items replaced. There was a bad/dusty/mold smell in the apartment, especial in the smaller bedroom, the curtains didn't seem to be clean, the same for the blankets, I doubt they are washed after each accomodation. For some this could be a nice experience (old-ish, similar with the 'grandparents house', but it's not the same for everyone and we have high standards in terms of cleanliness)
