Positive: It looks like (and probably is) brand new, everything works perfectly.
Negative: You only get one key card and the electricity in the room, the room door, and even the main entrance only works with the key card, and it is a but uncomfortable.
Summary: Great place, would go back again!

Positive: Really nice room. Great location. We were there for a concert at Vittoriale. It was great to leave the car in their parking lot, stroll downtown to get a bite before the concert and then not yo have yo worry about dei back home. Overnight a really big storm hit. Power loss and no phone signal. The staff was on top of it. Unbelievable performance!
