Positive: The breakfast is very good and rich, the place is close to the tram taking us to De Panne in 5-10 mins and the inner garden is very beautiful. The owner is very kind, but be aware that he likes punctuality (so on the arrival date, he won't receive you one minute earlier or later than the announced interval 16h-19h).

Negative: No where to sit in the accomodation, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, May well be the norm but not something I have experienced before, Good by far outweighed the not so good. There were other rooms that had I known would have suited us better
