Positive: There are about 4 rooms each with separate entrances at the top of a small flight of stairs. Room was spacious. Very Very clean, air conditioning that held its own on the hottest Italian July day. Breakfast is all you can eat at the Pasticcheria run by the same family. They were extremely generous and accommodated a late check-in. There is some sound heard when others come up the stairs to get into their room at night.

Negative: There is some sound heard when others come up the stairs to get into their room at night. The doors are not the best sound insulation wise, but that was not an issue that interfered with my stay or sleep.
