Positive: Hosts Hans and Marja were fantastic! The location is very rural, but also a short distance from historic cities like 's Hertogenbosch. The Apartment is very spacious with a good size living room, bedroom and shower. I could live her for a while! The apartment has an A/C unit and you can use the washing machine and dryer (big plus for us, traveling in Europe from the USA, so limited luggage) and they have very good quality bicycles you can borrow. And it comes with an extensive, delicious breakfast. Add a delicious breakfast (also included) and you have the perfect B&B! Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor (first 'etage') which can be reached by a typical steep stairs

Negative: The stairs are a bit steep (and our knees not that great anymore)

Summary: Rural, but close to historic cities. Very spacious, Very friendly, delicious breakfast, free bikes
