Negative: No gel, no shampoo and I paid for breakfast and the last day I had an earlier flight and they didn't give me a takeaway breakfast. So I deserve a refund.

Positive: The room was spacious and clean. It was quite cool at night, but I found a thick warm down blanket in the closet, which was good to sleep under. Since I needed breakfast early, we agreed with the housekeeper that she will deliver it ready to the room. When I arrived, I found exactly the groceries I had hoped for. The special diet was also well taken into account.

Negative: The bathroom was in pretty bad shape. When I took a shower in the evening, the bathroom was still wet in the morning and smelled musty. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, but the mattress was a bit shabby. You could hear the conversation in the room from the bar downstairs, but luckily the bar closed quite early. Due largely to my own schedules, I didn't see the houskeeper at any point. For the same reason, the check-in was a bit strange.
