I was traveling alone and wanted a place where I would feel safe, comfortable, and welcome. What I found was so much more than that. If I could give more than a 10, I would give a 100. Joseph is an exceptional hostkind, warm, open-hearted, and genuinely caring. On the evening I arrived, he took me for a tour around the neighborhood so I could get familiar with the area. He told me, “This way you will always know where home is.” That simple gesture immediately made me feel at ease. Throughout my stay, Joseph shared stories about Peru, its history, his family, and his own life journey. He has a special gift for making people feel welcome and cared for. Every time I returned after a day of exploring Lima, it felt like coming home. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. But what truly makes this place special is Joseph. His kindness, generosity, and genuine interest in his guests turn a stay into an experience. I arrived as a guest and left as a friend. Positive: If you’re going to Lima do yourself a favour and stay here. Joe is an exceptional host. He gave us a tour around the area, dropped us places, was very interesting without being intrusive.

Negative: The house is beautiful and is in a central location that leafy and quiet. We had a lovely room with our own bathroom. Great breakfast as well.

Summary: We are so glad we stayed here - we only wish we were staying longer!

Positive: It’s in the middle of a very old olive grove and therefore very quiet. Perfect for bird watching. Joseph is a fabulous host and looked after me very well. He was very helpful and I really appreciated a programme of visits he put together for each day of my stay. His recommendations of restaurants were excellent. The B&B is very comfortable, my bed was perfect, great shower with hot water and fridge was nicely stocked for my stay. Thank you !

Positive: Our host Joseph was very welcoming and helpful. He even took us on a tour of the neighbourhood so we could get orientated. He gave us lots of advice about places to eat and visit. The accommodation was in a great location which was quiet and safe with a beautiful park. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
