Summary: Room was basic, air conditioning was useless and the fan they supplied. Kept you awake all night. So unfortunately at the hotel, for 2 nights and slept about 4 hours. €219 for 2 nights and it was advertised with air conditioning ( but what they failed to tell you was, the air conditioning was useless,) it would come on for approximately 30 seconds, then turn itself off so when you're in a room that is approximately 36° and they supply a noisy fan that just blows warm air. So unfortunately, not a very good stay

Summary: Excellent, very convenient town centre location in Arras. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although not a wide offering of cooked food, was more than sufficient as well as fresh and healthy. Scrambled eggs very well cooked. Would thoroughly recommend and would stop again.

Summary: The room was clean and adequate but a bit too small. I didn't have space to open a large suitcase anywhere in the room. There was a small shelf under the tv and I collided into it trying to squeeze by the foot of the bed The room was clean but very utilitarian - more like a room in an institution of some kind. It was cold in Arras and the heat was turned off, making for a very chilly night my first night. I spoke to the front desk and got a space heater for the next night. The staff were kind and helpful and it is definitely serviceable but not necessarily 'cozy'. The breakfast the next morning was pretty minimal.
