Summary: Travel was during the summer and the air-conditioning was leaking onto the floor, probably the drain pan was clogged. The loft beds had no air-conditioning and relied on a plug-in fan to ventilate the space so it was rather warm. Otherwise room was clean, and receptionist was great at checking us in.

Summary: will not use again...nobody on reception at 5pm...had to check in from outside on digital pad...room cleanliness ok...but blocked sink so had to wash hands in shower...no one there to sort out...totally unaceptable...will always use ace hotels across road...far better....lady at breakfast was helpful...shame she is neimg let down by management

Summary: Place was hard to find as address not on Google maps or coming up on my sat nav . Only one guy on reception for the 2 hotels which could potentially be a bit time consuming . Otherwise very pleasant stay
