Summary: It is generally a good hotel with spacious rooms, but the air condition was extremely in-effective and not able to cool the hot room but on the other hand the cool air was blowing directly onto the bed and that was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was very mediocre, i.e. no cold milk available even after asking for it.

Summary: Perfect location and a lovely room with onsite parking. Close to the Plaza Mayor and Cathedral as well as the Market Central. Highly recommended and spotless!

Summary: I booked 2 triple rooms with 3 single beds in each. When i arrived the rooms had a double & a single. I went to the reception to politly ask for what i had booked. The receptionist was really rude & acted like she didnt really speak much english. She tried to fob me off with excuses but then i showed her the booking confirmation forms where it stated clearly 3 single beds. She replied the hotel did not provide that and it wasnt her problem. I then asked to speak to the manager & she refused to get them. Long story short, it was a problem on there end & they were unwilling to sort out the mess. The breakfast buffet was also prity small & limited & parking is a complete nighmare! They advertise parking in the hotel car park but it was full. & we had to park the car about a mile away on a random street then walk.

Summary: The facilities promoted by the hotel are simple: bed,tv,private toilet and a/c. Unfortunately the a/c didn't work in our room so we complaint the first night because it was in august. They said that they couldn't change the room until next day before 12. They changed our room next day at 1.30 am so we paid 2 days without a/c. I complaint to the manager and she said that she couldn't do anything and that she couldn't offer any kind of compensation. it is the hotel with the worst conditions and services I ever been.
