Summary: According to the price, i would say it was a very good place. The location is a bit off but ok. All in all very good. Those few times we asked the staff for anything, they where very helpful.

Summary: A fairly standard example of a B&B Hotel - you get what you pay for. This was worse than others I have stayed in because of the lack of sound proofing between rooms. And when I say it's bad - I could easily here even coat hangers being rearranged through the wall. What was frustrating was that this didn't need to be an issue. The hotel wasn't especially busy and rooms could easily have been allocated with an empty room between. But all of the guests were put together in one part of one floor - presumably to make cleaning etc easier. It was a shame as the staff wer great (as they always are at B&B in my experience) and breakfast was great.
