Summary: More of a businessman's hotel. But staff very helpful with tourist options. We didn't do breakfast; a great cafe in the street for a coffee fix and a wonderful bakery/cafe about a five-minute walk away. Also, an authentic Italian restaurant at the Hosteleria (five minute walk). Hotel impeccable and modern. We used it as a base to visit Ferrari museums

Summary: We stayed for only one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, well equipped, and we appreciated the hotel's sustainable approach. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, we had a great experience.

Summary: The hotel was clean and amenities useful and clean. My only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 is the late night check in. The machine doesn't read the ID due to glare from the lighting. We spent 30 minutes with remote support before we were checked in. At midnight, after a delayed journey, it is not a good welcome.

Summary: This was a good place to stay not far from Modena center. Our room was large with a comfortable king bed . Good AC as it was during a heat wave We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The lobby was spacious and had vending machines, supplies and snacks for purchase Good value as well Appreciate the plentiful parking too Modena is a great place to visit. Not so busy with tourists like other cities.

Summary: Very convenient for parking, breakfast was good. So far for the positive points. The employees are a nightmare! The oldest one is 20, uninterested, on their phone, not cleaning during breakfast. The rooms are quite small, airco is not working unless you ask downstairs. One towel, room was not clean. Overall experience was very poor. I would definitely not come back.

Summary: Great staff, checkin was smooth. Took a bit to work out the light switches in the room but overall hotel is decent option for the price range. Included breakfast was great

Summary: Parking available outside, good Breakfast, helpful staff, room good size, outside a bit dirty and ruff, just out of ZTL Zone, so safe to drive to!
