Summary: No hassle, no frills and laid-back. Friendly staff able to communicate well in English. Ideally located. The tramlines of public transport company Lignes d' Azur have a stop at Parc Phoenix, 300 yards away, which will take you to Old Town and the Port of Nice and during the day also to the airport Terminal 1 for international departures.

Summary: Hotel was in excellent location. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping needs to be improved, on several days, they forgot to change the towel, add new cups for teeth brushing and make up the bed.
