Positive: The place was close to the metro and tramway, so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly
Negative: The room took 2 days to be cleaned, and we stayed for 5 days, so this was literally half of our visit where the room was not serviced.. at some point, I had to chase them for clean towels.
Summary: Great staff and location, not really speedy with cleaning the rooms

Positive: I stayed there for one night with family (2+2). Room was small, however this is exactly what I expected as it was very clear from the photos. We came 2 hours before check-in time but room was ready and they let us in. Staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. Hotel is 5min walk from metro station. It took us approx 45min to get to Eiffel Tower (that includes tube ride and walking). Beds were comfy. Big benefit for us was private carpark (10euro, no pre-booking required) as we came by car. Overall, I'd recommend for short stay, for longer it would be probably too small for family of 4. Next day we were off to Disneyland and stayed there.
Negative: Room generally was clean, however there is space for improvement as big lumps of dust were on the bathroom ventilation pipe. Neighbourhood was a bit dodgy and shabby. We were with kids and came back to the hotel around 8pm, but I wouldn't feel comfortable to walk around at night.

Positive: Most of the staff were pleasant although there was the odd grumpy one in the restaurant! Clean room and comfortable bed! 5 mins walk from metro so quite good connectivity.
Negative: We booked a 'quadruple' room for 4. Turned out it was a normal room for 2 with an added bunk bed to sleep another 2 making it highly congested. Not at all suitable for 4!!!!
Summary: Decent place and fairly good value if you are on a budget!
