Positive: Excellent air con that was already on on arrival on a very hot day; spacious apartment; terrace you can sit and eat on (overlooks a field but no mosquitos as far as we could tell; near the motorway junction; budget petrol station at the end of the road; the apartment is completely separate but friendly and helpful hosts on site: amazing breakfast you can tailor to your exact taste, delivered to your door at the time you request; coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. Ice cubes and mineral water in fridge
Negative: Nothing, but be aware there are two dogs who will greet you with barks, but are very well-behaved and stop barking the instant they know you are guests. Not a problem for us at all, but be aware there are quite a few (but very wide and not steep) stairs to get up to the apartment,

Positive: Our hosts were super kind, the apartman has a lovely fresh design with lovely details. The apartman is fully equipped, literaly nothing was missing. The internet was super fast, I could work which is a huge big point too. The heating was great, the parking front of the house was comfortable. The apartman was superclean! They loved my dog too, which is also a huge plus for me (the hosts have two lovely dog as well and a cat). The communication is prompt, smooth and the breakfast how they have solved it excellent. I felt like home with a plus care. :) Thank you for hosting me, I will return for sure.
Negative: Without car I can't imagine to stay due to the location itself, but this is overall like that in Lombardia so it is not really a complain. :) Everything was just perfect.

Positive: The apartment is amazing, spacious and very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly. You get a lot for your money. The breakfast selection and delivery is outstanding. The location can be a hub to visit Milan and the Lake Como area. The train station is nearby, as well as a hypermarket Tigros.
Negative: we had to park the car outside, but it is a semi private road with no traffic, so it was not an issue.
Summary: Great location to enjoy Milan, Como, the lakes and Switzerland, recommend going to Bellagio.
