Summary: It was more than amazing! There are three nuns constantly servicing the hotel, but one woman spoke fluent English, as we do, and we called her Saint Rita. She was phenomenal and tended to our every need!! Location was great, immaculate rooms, and magnificent views.

Summary: Very basic but squeaky clean convent. Limited housekeeping but within acceptable limits. Staff are dedicated, helpful and professional. The premises are a mixture of basic and awesome, the roof terrace is a joy as are the gardens and the two reading rooms, the upper one is more like a state audience hall. Great place to spend a rainy day. The price proposition is unbelievable and the location could not be better despite the small size of the town.

Summary: The convent was lovely with a garden with beautiful view. The sisters were absolutely lovely. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spotless. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay this is your place. We loved every moment in beautiful Orvieto!

Summary: Rita was AMAZING and what an experience- the kind nuns served breakfast and welcomed all our questions- you are staying in a true convent with a chapel-it’s not old, but it’s certainly the real deal, and to step just out the door to the main square was just fabulous!! 🙏
