The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Positive: Beautiful property with great villa views in the dinning area. Even though the bathroom is located outside the single bed room, but it’s not only spacious and nicely decorated but also has amazing views of the villa.
Negative: It’s located on a hill, but Irene gave me lifts between the Signa train station and the property.
Summary: Irene was an excellent host and I enjoyed my stay.

Positive: Irene was a superb host. Very friendly and easy going host. I and my wife had a lovely stay. The place was beautifuly decorated and the room cozy and had a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We would definitely book this again if the opportunity arises.

Positive: The property is lovely, peaceful, clean, full of character and has stunning views from its position up on a hill. It’s well situated close to Signa train station making it very convenient to travel into Florence and Pisa. Irene is the loveliest host you could ever hope for. From the moment we stepped into the BnB she made us feel completely at ease and welcome in her home. She made our stay absolutely perfect including dropping and collecting us from an event nearby herself, helping us arrange taxis and preparing a delicious breakfast each morning. We’ll never forget her kindness and hope to visit her again in the future.
