Positive: 10 stars! I had a wonderful time at this hotel! I especially want to highlight the owners Mirka and Alessandra. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly people who do everything they can to make every guest feel at home. The hotel has a special, very cozy atmosphere. Everything here is done with taste: from the stylish interior and exterior to small details, like the rug in the bathroom (it seems like a trifle, but it shows genuine care for the guests). The breakfasts are simply a work of art: they are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The location is ideal. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. The beaches are paid, but you can always swim for free on the shore. Another big plus is that you can park your own bicycle in the yard. You can use the shared refrigerator and washing machine, and also eat on the terrace, where the owners are happy to provide dishes if needed. While the shared refrigerator was convenient, having a mini-fridge in the room would be a fantastic addition👌

Positive: everything was great. Everyone is very kind and smiling. Spontaneous. The breakfast is phenomenal. All as desired. The cakes are wonderful and delicious. Coffee and juice great. Neat room, smells. The bathroom is clean. We will come again
Negative: Small room. Room 3 has four beds. But it was small for us. Little space.
Summary: we will come again but in room 6 😀 many greetings to everyone

Positive: The hosts so amazingly friendly, that it feels like at family's. Delicious fresh breakfast. Very very convenient beachfront location near numerous restaurants and small beach shops. Very beautiful terrace to spend a night. Cozy clean rooms. Honest recommendation for feeling Italy. Also convenient location to access public transport for exploration of the area.
Negative: No particular minuses, the property is fullfilling guesthouse expectations. If You are used to full service and five stars, then look for different location.
